On March 10th, the “6G: From Theory to Practice” event took place at the Science and Technology Museum of the University of Patras, co-organized by IEEE SB UPatras and the SMARTECH research group of the ISI ATHENA Research Institute.The event offered students valuable insights into the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Explainable AI (XAI), and AI applications across the compute continuum. Live demos showcased the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Generative AI over 5G and beyond networks. 6G-DALI actively participated in this initiative, which was supported by the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) programme, alongside other key projects including ADROIT6G, 6G-BRICKS, SUNRISE-6G, 6G-INTENSE, FLECON-6G, and Horizon Europe ACCC AC3.
