- Finalization of the first complete version of the architecture
- Initial implementation and validation of the 6G-DALI Data Space and Data Lake

- Initial implementation of Trustworthy AI mechanisms across MLOps and RLOps workflows

6G-DALI Releases the External Dataset Contribution Guide |
|
The 6G-DALI project has released its External Dataset Contribution Guide, enabling researchers, practitioners, and SNS JU projects to integrate datasets into the 6G-DALI facility. Contributors gain access to advanced data and metadata management aligned with IDSA and MRS frameworks, ETSI TC DATA-compliant DataOps services for data quality and validation, and seamless participation in the emerging pan-European 6G Data Space, fostering trusted and interoperable data sharing. |

6G-DALI goes Open Source |
|
The launch of the Data Lab Module Development Group within ETSI OpenOP marks a key milestone for 6G-DALI, bringing its 6G DataOps framework and vision for the first European 6G Data Space into a wider Telco-Cloud ecosystem. By contributing AI-ready datasets, analytics pipelines, and trusted data-sharing capabilities, 6G-DALI supports standardization, interoperability, and technology adoption, accelerating the convergence of telecommunications, cloud computing, AI, and data-driven innovation.

2nd Plenary Meeting in Madrid |
|
The 6G-DALI consortium successfully held its 2nd Plenary Meeting in Madrid, hosted by Telefónica. Partners reviewed project progress, advanced the 6G-DALI architecture, Data Space, and AI-driven MLOps automation, while aligning on the next development steps. 6G-DALI is contributing to the 6G industry through over 70 technical contributions to standardization bodies, publications in leading journals, and presentations at global conferences. A tour of Telefónica’s labs concluded the meeting, reinforcing the collaborative spirit driving the project forward. |

6G-DALI participated once again this year in Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, one of the world’s leading exhibitions for professional audiovisual technologies and system integration, bringing together top companies and industry professionals from around the globe. |

6G-DALI at ETSI AI and Data Conference 2026 |
|
As part of 6G-DALI, EURECOM presented EUROCOMPLY at the ETSI AI and Data Conference 2026, showcasing an Agentic AI framework that automates regulatory compliance checks for AI/ML systems in telecommunications. The solution audits datasets, training pipelines, and deployments against the EU AI Act, GDPR, and 3GPP standards, supporting trustworthy AI adoption. The demo was also presented to SNS JU Deputy Head of Programmes, Pavlos Fournogerakis, fostering valuable discussions on AI governance in telecom.

6G-DALI Demos at SNS4SNS Event |
|
At the ETSI SNS4SNS event, 6G-DALI showcased two innovative AI demonstrations for 5G/6G networks. INTRACOM TELECOM presented the OpenOP AI Service Exposure Layer, enabling secure, standards-based AI asset orchestration across domains using MCP and International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) data spaces. EURECOM demonstrated “When MLOps meets NWDAF Release 17/18”, highlighting how MLOps enhances AI model lifecycle management, deployment, and scalable network analytics, strengthening AI-native automation for future telecom networks. |

6G-DALI at Patras IQ – Innovation and Technology Transfer Expo |
|
6G-DALI was showcased by the SMARTECH research group of ISI/ATHENA at Patras IQ 2026, Western Greece’s largest innovation and technology transfer exhibition. Held at the University of Patras, the event gave visitors the opportunity to discover the project’s latest developments, explore interactive demonstrations, and learn about other SNS JU research initiatives. The exhibition fostered engagement with cutting-edge 6G technologies and networking opportunities with researchers and industry experts. |

Introducing the Next Generation to 6G-DALI |
|
The SMARTECH research group of ISI/ATHENA welcomed students from the Vocational High School of Aigio to the University of Patras. The visit introduced students to cutting-edge research, including the 6G-DALI project and other SNS JU initiatives, while showcasing next-generation networks, AI applications, and an interactive VR demonstration.

6G-DALI at Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2026 |
|
6G-DALI was showcased at Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2026, one of the world’s leading telecommunications events. Hosted at the IQUADRAT Informatica booth, the project presented its latest 6G innovations through live demonstrations and discussions with the project team's researchers. Visitors, including representatives from the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU), explored the project’s progress, applications, and contributions to next-generation network technologies.

AI-Native 6G Networks Tutorial |
|
Dr. Christos Verikoukis delivered the tutorial “AI-Native 6G Networks” to Computer Science students at Saint Louis University in Madrid. The session explored how artificial intelligence is transforming next-generation communication systems through intelligent automation and innovative network architectures. Participants also discovered real-world use cases and the latest European 6G research, including the objectives and innovations of the 6G-DALI project. |

6G-DALI at EuCNC & 6G Summit 2026 |
|
6G-DALI successfully participated in the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2026, showcasing its vision for the European 6G Data Space and innovative DataOps and MLOps solutions. The project attracted strong interest from researchers, industry, and international organizations. A highlight was the visit of SNS JU Deputy Head of Programmes Pavlos Fournogerakis. The consortium thanks all visitors and collaborators whose contributions made the project’s demonstrations and participation a success. |

IEEE CloudNet 2026 - Workshop |

The 6G-DALI project is pleased to announce the workshop “Towards a Trusted 6G Data Ecosystem: Data Sharing, Governance, and Reusability Across Network Domains”, which will be held in conjunction with the IEEE CloudNet 2026 Conference on 19–21 October 2026 in Athens, Greece.The workshop will bring together researchers, industry experts, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances in trusted data sharing, data governance, interoperability, and data reusability for AI-native 6G networks. |
